Wait, wait, wait,,, Dan gets some really bad forgeries, doesn't bother to vet them, runs an international news segment on the bogus information, gets nailed (by people in pajamas, no less) and says 'Well, maybe, perhaps, possibly, a little bit, but...' Meanwhile, someone else manufactures stories about Kerry as a joke, puts them somewhere they shouldn't go, gets caught, owns up and says 'Yep, it was a screwup and I'm the one who did it.' ... and the latter are the ones who are targeted by a lawsuit because they use the word 'fair' in their ads? Sure,,, that makes sense. (NOT)
